I no longer privately answer questions via twitter dm or email. I was spending way too much time answering the same questions over and over. Almost all the questions I am asked are answered in the FAQ, on the switch spreadsheet, or is ultimately personal preference.

Answering questions publicly on twitter will help everyone, not just the question asker. It’s better for the community, and it’s a better use of my time.

If you would like to ask me something, ask by publicly mentioning me on twitter @entsgg and I will do my best to answer all questions asked this way.

If you have a question about your order that is already paid for, you can of course email me at the email on the top left of your invoice.
